President's Message
|
ROG. girl's degree college is a dream fulfilled for me & my husband Dr. R.K. Goyal. Through this college, we strive to being higher education to girls in distant village of uttrakhand & bordering area of U.P. so that they can be socially & financially independent.
In todays world, education is essential for girls not only because they are an integral part of the society but also because they are future mothers.
Keeping this in mind, we currently offer ART courses & soon will commence vocational courses.
