The Raghomal Omprakash Goel Degree College was established in the year 2013, and started Batchelor of Arts 3 years course. It is affilated to Shri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University Badshahithol, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand. College mainly focuses on the education of girls student in Uttarakhand.
In short time spane it has become very reputed institute of Uttarakhand and Roorkee area for the career and job oriented education of the girls student. The college is situated in middle of the town Bhagwanpur and spread over a large area with lush green ground.
The college has well equipped laboratories of Home Science, Geography and Drawing. College has a well furnished building and a very good environment conditions around there. Raghomal Omprakash Goel Degree college provides many courses in Hindi, English, Home Science, Economics, Drawing, Sanskrit and Geography.
